01. Who is responsible
This policy describes data processing when you use the Playnyx app and playnyx.ru website. The responsible person is Malykh Ekaterina. For privacy enquiries, contact support@playnyx.ru.
02. Data we process
Account data includes your email address, username, password used for authentication and profile details you provide. Library data includes games, genres, statuses, progress, ratings, play dates and notes. When you add media, the app stores selected photos and videos on your device; attachment and custom cover information may be included in library records sent to the server. Support enquiries include your email address and message content.
03. Why data is used
Data is used to register and sign in, operate your personal library, save and edit entries, protect access and respond to enquiries. Data necessary to operate the service is processed to provide the features you request; optional permissions are used with your consent. Processing may also be necessary to meet applicable legal obligations.
04. Device permissions
Camera and photo library access are used when you add photos, videos and covers. You can restrict or withdraw permissions in device settings. If you enable biometric sign-in, the operating system performs verification: the app receives its result, not a face image or fingerprint. You also control notification settings. The current version of the app does not obtain or transmit location coordinates.
05. Storage and security
Account and library data is processed by the Playnyx server; settings, access information and local media are also stored on your device. Network requests use HTTPS and saved sign-in details use the system secure storage. Data is retained for as long as needed to operate your account and fulfil the stated purposes. Following account deletion, data is subject to deletion except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes and protect security. Contact us for information about applicable retention periods and backups.
06. Sharing data
Infrastructure and technical service providers may process data to the extent necessary to operate the service. Data may also be disclosed in response to a lawful request from an authorised authority. You may ask the responsible person for information about specific recipients and processing locations. Apple system features are also subject to Apple’s terms.
07. Your choices and account deletion
You can edit and delete library entries, revoke device permissions and request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@playnyx.ru. The app provides a Delete account action in your profile. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account. We may need to verify account ownership to fulfil a request. Other rights, including contacting a supervisory authority, depend on applicable law.
08. Website visitor data
These pages do not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies or data collection forms. Fonts and images are served locally. When the site is hosted, the server may process technical request information, including IP address, request time and browser type, to deliver pages and maintain security. If you follow a link to the App Store, that service’s rules apply.
09. Children
Playnyx is not intended to specifically collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data without the required consent of a parent or guardian, contact us so we can review and delete the data in accordance with applicable law.
10. Updates and contact
